FFfAW – No Safe Place to Park

Carolyn parked her SUV at her boyfriend's house while they went on an European vacation. She felt it would be safe there and be undisturbed. But she was wrong.

Robbers broke into the house and stole the computers, laptops, televisions, and other electronic equipment, along with other valuables.

When they came back from vacation, Ray found his home burglarized and stripped of all his valuables. Carolyn found her SUV gone. The robbers had used her vehicle to haul all the equipment off.

The SUV was found in another city stripped of everything.

So much for a safe place to park!

  1. Creative and exciting story. But that would be awful to come home to all your electronics stolen and your SUV left a shell. Hope they had insurance and neighbours/friends checking the house every few days so insurance will cover it. Thankfully, no one was harm to be hurt when the robberies occurred! Great write PJ.

  2. Wow I guess that wasn’t a safe place to park nor live!! Yikes. Having experienced 3 break-ins myself I know that feeling of being violated all too well.

I would love to read your thoughts...
