SPF-True Love

“He loves me, he loves me not, he loves me…”

“What in the world are you doing?” Cantor asked.

“I’m finding out if my true love loves me.”

“No you’re not. All you are doing is pulling the petals off a daisy.”

“Let’s see. Where was I? He loves me, he loves me not, he loves me!”

“That’s stupid. It is not going to tell you if he loves you.”

“Well, I believe that it does! That’s all that matters.”

(Suddenly, her true love flys over to her and starts kissing her passionately).

“She loves me, she loves me not…”

  1. Great take on the prompt, Joy! It’s been years sience I’ve heard that little saying. I use to imagine getting an answer…now I can read about it and see it happen between the birds πŸ’•! Very cute! 😊

    • Thanks JR! I remember we did that too growing up. We use to do all kind of things trying to figure out who we were going to marry someday and how many children we were going to have and what their sex would be. LOL! Great memories.

I would love to read your thoughts...
