One Four Challenge – Week 3

Robyn G., author of the wonderful blog, Captivate Me, hosts the One Four Photo Challenge each week. We select one photo, which we use for all four weeks of the month. Each week we photo edit our selected photo and explain our edits in our post.

This week, for Week 3, I have chosen to put my photo through Photo Shop Express and make it Black and White. That’s it! Β That is all I have done to my photo for this week.

    • Yes, it looks like a different photo in B&W. If I had known more about Photo Editing I probably would not have chosen this photo for my picture of the month. Not a lot I can do with it except use one week as B&W. Thank you Cat!

  1. Hi PJ – I think youre going great, trying different things.
Dont be too hard on yourself – play and enjoy!! πŸ˜€
I do like Mr Duck in BW – always love a BW photo – but number 2 has my attention so far. Keep up the great effort and creativity!!

  2. Hey PJ, I did a BW this week too, it feels too easy and like you are cheating a bit I think πŸ™‚ I like your version this week, the duck with the lovely tonal layers in the feathers is now more of a focus and it has bought more emphasis to the catchlight in his eye too πŸ™‚

    • Thank you! It feels like I published my B&W weeks ago! I apparently jumped the gun posting it. I am so glad to get this comment from you. I know that it is still alive and well. LOL! hahaha! You are right, I do feel like I cheated because it was so easy! One little button and done. I am anxious to see yours. I have been swarmed lately with emails.

I would love to read your thoughts...
